Biography

Craig McKibben is a founding partner and executive vice president of WRQ, a Seattle-based software company. Craig and a few associates began WRQ in 1981 as a consulting firm. The company now has a large share of the "connectivity market," selling software that connects PCs to IBM, Unix, X, Digital, and Hewlett-Packard systems. Currently, WRQ is the 16th largest PC software company in the U.S. Over the past decade, Craig played a key role in WRQ's entry into new markets. Craig holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Oregon State University and a master's degree in mathematics form the University of Washington. He is a member of the Computer Science Advisory Board.
